A NOTE TO CHURCH 180 MEMBERS
On Friday, November 20, Premier Doug Ford announced changes to the policies, guidelines and restrictions relating to Covid-19 that will be set in place going forward. At Church 180, we are working to remain in compliance with government mandates while also following the mandate of the word of God as written in Hebrews 10:25 "...not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." We remain encouraged knowing that the Day approaches, but let us remain vigilant in our spirits and ever the more watchful!
For the remaining time of lockdown, we will be holding services on livestream only, as the limit of 10 per place of worship will be used for our skeleton crew to ensure a successful livestream for you and your family to watch at home. We strongly encourage our members to not only spectate or watch services in the background, but to make it a priority to focus on worship. Also, we encourage our members to set aside time before each service to pray and seek God for His ministering presence. On Sunday's, we will be having "huddle groups" to facilitate growth, connection, and discipleship. Click here if you are interested in joining a huddle group. The church building will also remain open for prayer in the mornings from 8-10 am.
We understand these are difficult times, if you feel you need support during this time, feel free to reach out to myself and Mary, Pastor Stephen & Kristin or Pastor Dennard & Devin.
